Ski-in/Ski-out and Walk to Town!

Experience the perfect mountain retreat in our ski-in/ski-out studio at The Village at Breckenridge! Located downtown at the base of Peak 9, with stunning views of Breckenridge Resort, our studio includes a king bed and pull-out couch - perfect for couples and small families. Village amenities include a heated pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, private theater, and game room. Walk to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street restaurants and shops!

The space

PARKING (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

• The Town of Breckenridge does not offer any free overnight parking.
• Parking is not automatically included with an Airbnb reservation. Please ask about parking before booking or at the time of booking so we can confirm availability for your dates.
• Parking is limited and frequently fills up, especially on weekends, during ski season, and for last-minute bookings.
• Parking rates are:

Nov 1 - April 12: $45 per night
April 13 – October 31: $15 per night

• Parking is in a secure, heated underground garage with an overhead clearance of 7'6"
• Vehicles must exit the garage by 11:00 am on checkout day to avoid being charged for an additional night.
• If garage parking is unavailable, overnight off-site parking is available at the Ice Rink lot. Ask us for details.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AND AIRPORT SHUTTLES

• The studio is located in town, just steps from restaurants, shops, and the base of Peak 9.
• The "Free Ride" shuttle stops outside and runs throughout town.
• Summit Express and Peak 1 Express will drop off at the Village from Denver International Airport

THE STUDIO
This is an owner-managed unit. Check-in, parking, cleaning, and maintenance are handled directly by us, not the Village front desk. Check-in and access to the unit and building amenities are provided through the Village at Breckenridge app.

Our studio does not have A/C during winter months

BIKE STORAGE

• The parking garage has bike racks (they do not provide locks)
• Bike racks are also located outside (not recommended for expensive bikes)
• Only clean bikes may be stored in the studio
