The space

On the first floor, you find the primary bedroom with a plush king bed and generous windows. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus a bunk bed and ensuite bathroom ideal for families or groups. This level also includes a second full bathroom and a convenient washer and dryer in the hall.

The second floor hosts an open and inviting living space. A large gourmet kitchen offers ample counter space and a bar-top with plenty of seating. The adjacent dining area flows into the cozy living room, complete with a sectional sofa, TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the private deck overlooking Mammoth Creek and soak in beautiful mountain views.
Above the dining area is the third-floor loft, furnished with two twin beds and a TV perfect for additional guests or kids.

Guests of Snowcreek #426 enjoy access to a year-round Jacuzzi and two unassigned parking spaces in the nearby lot. This prime location provides serene views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Creek, along with quick access to skiing, hiking, golf, and the Lakes Basin.

The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc.

The cleaning fee is used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit at a living wage for the local work force.
