Bedrooms & Layout
The entry level features two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and patio access. The primary suite includes a king bed, gas fireplace, and TV, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. Upstairs, two bunk rooms each provide a twin-over-twin bunk with an additional twin trundle, creating three twin beds per room—ideal for kids or friends.

Living & Dining
The open-concept living area showcases vaulted ceilings, a large L-shaped sofa, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and stunning views of the Eastern Sierra. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats your group.

Other things to note

The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc.

The cleaning fee is used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit at a living wage for the local work force.
