Two additional queen bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Another spacious bedroom features two king-sized beds, making it perfect for larger families or groups needing extra sleeping space. A downstairs office includes a couch that pulls out to a queen bed.

This home is family-friendly and thoughtfully childproofed for your peace of mind. The entire first floor features magnetic cabinet locks, and a retractable baby gate is installed across the fireplace in the living room. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request, and a removable pool safety fence can be set up prior to your arrival—please request this in advance to ensure it’s ready for your stay.

While the garage is not accessible to guests, there is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway, which is inside the electric gate. Street parking is also available in front of the house. Pool Heating Fees:
Summer (June - September): $150 per day
Winter (October - May): $200 per day

Pool Fence (for child safety): Pool fence will be setup prior to arrival (with advance notice) for $100/stay.

We do our best to allow for early check-ins if the home is ready and charge $150 for early check-in requests of more than 1 hour, availability of which will be confirmed 48 hours before check-in
