Studio Guest House in Dallas/Oak Lawn

You'll stay in our rear guest house above the garage in the beautiful Perry Heights/Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas. Our home is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping. You'll have easy access to the highways, Uptown & Downtown Dallas, Dallas Love Field & DFW Airport. Dallas Market Center, Knox/Henderson, Lower Greenville and Deep Ellum are only a short drive away. This cozy studio apartment is in the rear of our home on top of the detached garage. The space is very bright and open with skylights. While 1-2 guests is recommended, the apartment can sleep up to four guests. There is a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa.

There is a pool and outdoor patio on site - but guests do not have access to use these areas.

Please note that you will need to use stairs to access this apartment and they can be slippery when wet so use caution and use the railing.

Due to our proximity to Dallas Love Field you may hear airplanes from time to time depending on which way they are landing. You'll have full use of the apartment and the small balcony at the top of the stairs. The pool and lower patio should not be used by the guests.

There is ample parking on the street in front of our home or in the driveway in the front. We typically park in our garage in the rear of the home.

Entrance to the home is with a door code provided the day of arrival or day before. LGBTQ friendly!
