A very clean, cozy 2BR/2Ba condo featuring the Heavenly beds by Westin, so you can sleep heavenly. The space

The most mesmerizing part are the breathtaking views of the ocean from any angle of the unit on the 8th floor. It has large open Ceiling-to-Floor windows and large mirrors throughout to capture the amazing emerald turquoise water of the Gulf.

We believe that a good night sleep is essential for optimal relaxation during your stay. That's why we feature the highly rated, Heavenly beds by Westin in both bedrooms. We use hypoallergenic protectors on all mattresses and pillows which are changed, washed, and sanitized after each guest for maximum cleanliness. Cleanliness is our top priority.

*NOTE: The condo was recently renovated, including all new windows and doors. The outdoor swimming pool and hot jacuzzi are open, however the indoor pool and splash pad are currently closed. Indoor pool is expected to open in April.
They're currently finishing up renovations, continued construction on the opposite side of the building, away from this unit. There may be some intermittent noise in different parts of the building.
Due to the renovations, the nightly rates have been significantly reduced to make up for any inconveniences.*

This condo has Italian Carrara marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, natural wood porcelain tile in all common areas. The bathroom floors have Italian marble.

There is a beautiful faux fireplace, it does no give off heat. A Smart wall mounted TV's in all rooms(bring your log ins), Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker, XBOX console, ALEXA(plays music, weather, local attractions and restaurant recommendations), iron and iron board. Completely stocked for all your needs during your stay.
For families with toddlers we have a portable playpen(bring your own baby sheets) and a booster seat.
We provide all kitchen, bedroom and bathroom basics . 100% cotton, clean, crisp towels and bedsheets with high thread count which are thoroughly cleaned for your stay. In the bathroom; PAYA Organic eco-friendly luxurious shampoo, conditioner, and soaps(free of parabens, phthalates, preservatives ), soft toilet paper, paper towel, dish liquid/dishwasher soap and much more to make your vacation experience an unforgettable one.

*We adhere to high standard of cleaning and disinfecting methods throughout the unit. All highly touched surfaces; light switches, remote controls, game boxes, door handles, knobs are cleaned. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic protectors which are washed at high temperature, sanitized, and changed between guests, along with all linens, towels and bed comforters. The unit is aerated with fresh ocean breeze during cleanings. Cleanliness is our top priority. * we use lysol products

Guest access

The beach condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, spacious 949 sq ft area, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest will have access to the entire unit. As a guest you will also have access to all amenities at the Sundestin Beach Resort.

We are right in the heart of Destin.
The Backporch is a lovely 5 min walk in the beach.
Big Kahuna's water park across the road one minute drive.
The Track go cart cars across road one min drive.
Bass Pro shopping mall five minutes east on HWY 98. Mcguire's Irish Pub three minutes west.
Chick-fil-A, Waffle House, and Shakes are across the street. Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Target, beach stores, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, and much more are all within 1-5 min drive. All Shopping and dining all within few minutes drive.
