Welcome to "The Surf Bunny" your exclusive 2BR/2BA retreat in the lovely old-Florida neighborhood of Frangista Beach. This spacious 1,350 sqft. apartment occupies the entire second floor of a private residence, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort for your stay.

Just a five minute walk to the private, gated beach. A DQ, pizza shop, and winery are even closer. Convenient to a variety of top rated restaurants and shopping. Bring or rent bicycles to explore the area like a local.

The space

The Surf Bunny sleeps up to SIX (6) guests, making it the perfect choice for families or friends traveling together and provides everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Enter through your very own private entrance and be greeted by the warmth of wood floors and a cozy ambiance. The living room boasts a 70" HDTV, fast WiFi, ensuring endless entertainment options for you and your guests. Each bedroom features a Simmons King bed and a TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. For added sleeping space, enjoy the convenience of the Rowe® queen sleeper-sectional.

Prepare your favorite meals in the full kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample space to cook up a storm. Savor your culinary creations on the large private deck or grill and dine in the private, ground floor Bamboo Garden, for al fresco dining experiences.

A washer and dryer inside the apartment are in the first bathroom.

There's no parking at the private beach entrance. The Surf Bunny in only a 5 minute walk to the gated beach and even closer to a variety of eateries including a DQ, coffee shop and pizza. The home is close to miles of scenic bike paths along the Scenic Highway so rent bicycles or bring your own. Silver Sands Outlet, Sandestin Resort and a myriad of dining and entertainment venues are very close by.

No need to worry about beach essentials, as we've got you covered with 6 beach chairs and there are umbrellas and beach cart provided.

For those with electric vehicles, enjoy the convenience of Level 2 EV charging right on-site ($25 fee per stay)

Guest access

This rental is the 2nd floor apartment & balcony. Private rear balcony and private, lit, ground floor bamboo garden patio - for grilling and outdoor dining and relaxing.

PRIVATE ENTRY DOOR with coded door lock.

TWO Guest parking spaces (center front) are provided. (The other 3 are assigned to the other rental units.)

Other things to note

Quiet time after 10 pm in The Beach Bunny House. Not silent...just quiet. We will not tolerate spring break type idiocy. Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am.

We, the owners, live onsite and are laid back, cool people.
We only like to rent to quality, respectful people. If you are not, you will be made to leave.

YOUNG CHILDREN: The Surf Bunny is not "safed" for young children. There is a child's gate in the closet to block the top of the stairs, however, the electrical sockets are not covered.
