Open-Concept Living Area: High ceilings, contemporary furniture (tufted white loungers, sleek black leather sofa), 100 inch wall-mounted TV, electric fireplace. Filled with natural light, featuring white walls, dark fixtures, and warm wood-toned floors.

Extensively Featured Kitchen: Dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (large refrigerator, gas range), white quartz island with comfortable seating, classic white subway tile backsplash. Ideal for meal preparation and group gatherings.

Modern Bathrooms: Multiple bathrooms available. One with a double vanity, backlit mirrors, and a glass-enclosed shower. Another with a spacious wet room, standalone tub, and a separate shower for a spa-like experience.

Dedicated Office Space: A small, quiet area for work or study.

This spacious home comfortably fits large groups with 5 bedrooms, a butler’s pantry, wine cellar, 2 laundry rooms, and 4 bathrooms providing ample space for everyone. There is plentiful driveway and street parking for up to 6 cars.

Stay in the heart of East Dallas near Lakewood, Mount Auburn, Samuell Grand Park, Tenison Park Golf Course, the Santa Fe Trail, White Rock Lake, the Dallas Arboretum, Deep Ellum, Fair Park, and Downtown Dallas.

This location is perfect for guests who want both city access and outdoor lifestyle. Walk to nearby parks and trails, bike or jog the Santa Fe Trail, play golf at Tenison Park’s two 18 hole courses, explore White Rock Lake, visit the Arboretum, or head into Deep Ellum and Downtown for dining, nightlife, museums, and events. Guests will have access to the entire home and its outdoor spaces. We have the following installed for security and safety purposes:

1. Ring doorbell camera located by front door
2. Security cameras on all sides of exterior
3. Glass break sensor on first floor windows and sliding glass door
4. A noise decibel level monitor installed to prevent parties

Only the registered guest may book and must be present during the stay. Any guests over the house capacity of 10 will be assessed a fee of $200 per extra guest per day. Parties or events will be assessed a fee of $7,000 unauthorized event fee per violation.

This is a 2 story home with 2 bedrooms located on the second floor and three bedrooms located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom.
