Located just steps from the vibrant Lower Greenville Avenue and minutes from Downtown Dallas, you’ll be in the heart of the city’s best dining, nightlife, and entertainment. This one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience. Relax in a plush queen bed and enjoy a spacious living room designed for unwinding after a day in the city. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Fresh linens are professionally cleaned for every stay. The space comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play is provided (listed as a crib) for your convenience. During the winter months, enjoy the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace—perfect for a warm, relaxing night in. Guests have access to entire apartment. For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Please note our bathroom has the original layout from the 1920s
