The space

Timber Run sits just a short distance from the gondola. Bring your skis or bike! There is a free year-round looping shuttle to the ski base, and the pick-up location is in the parking lot. You will love all the features of this four-bedroom condo featuring all new furnishings and appliances. Enjoy the comforts of the gas fireplace, the plush leather furniture, and the 65-inch smart TV after long days of fun and adventure. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and counter space you need to inspire your inner chef.

The bedrooms all feature new mattresses, one includes its own en suite bathroom, and three of the rooms have their own TVs.

Timber Run offers you the comfort and convenience of your own vacation condo. Step out on to your private, east-facing balcony to take in views of the heated pool, the tennis court, and the Flattop Mountains.

Guest access

You'll receive your keypad code on the day of arrival. To enter, input the 6-digit code on the keypad mounted on the door, then press the check mark icon (Yes). Your unit is located in the 301-310 breezeway - after parking in the lot accessed via the second entrance past the Timber Run sign, walk past the trash enclosures and the first set of stairs to reach the rear staircase leading to unit 308.

A ski locker sits directly next to your front door. The two parking passes are hanging in the unit near the front door and must be displayed in both vehicles.

Other things to note

The pool and hot tubs are open daily from 10am to 10pm at the rear of the building - use the code provided on the key rack next to your front door to access them.

A dry sauna and restroom facilities are located in the clubhouse. Coin-operated laundry (washers $1.50, dryers $1.00) is available on the lower level of the breezeway across from units 309 and 310 - you'll need to source quarters off-property.

Trash and recycling enclosures are in the breezeway entrances near the lower stairs.
