Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs.

The space

This studio condo has been thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of home on the mountainside. Located in the main lodge building, this ground floor unit ensures premium access to the ski slope, hiking, and biking trails. It couldn’t be easier to enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer than from this well-positioned condo!

Accommodating up to four guests, this studio condo is ideal for a slope side getaway for couples. The built-ins in this unit create a warm, welcoming feel meant to slow down time and enjoy the moments. The exposed wood beam ceiling and use of natural wood throughout the space create a cozy feel reminiscent of a mountain chalet. Aside from natural wood, you’ll find neutral colors used to decorate this space, creating a soft rustic ambiance.

Have a seat on the loveseat sofa, which is well-positioned for enjoying views out the glass slider doors and offers an additional sleeping area with it's sleeper sofa. Watch the snow fall gently, adding more powder to the slopes or admire the pure blue sky on a summer day. There is also a TV with satellite TV/cable provided for entertainment during downtime between mountain adventures.

Get a good night’s sleep in the comfortable queen bed, which is draped with high quality linens. You'll find ample storage both above and below the bed for tucking away your clothing and gear. Wake in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to tackle a day on the slopes. The efficiency kitchen adds another layer of convenience, where it’s easy to prepare breakfast before heading out the door. With a two-burner stove, microwave oven, and mini-fridge, basic meals can easily be prepared and enjoyed at the spacious dining table. And for those who would prefer to dine out, a restaurant is located just upstairs!

And when you’d prefer to slow the pace, the property is also home to a heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing hot tubs perfect for soothing those sore muscles. Timberline has no Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
