Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs.

The space

This second-floor condo offers elevated views across Fanny Hill. The thoughtful layout maximizes the space in this studio, making it easy to accommodate up to 4 guests. With perks such an efficiency kitchen and a relaxing soaking tub, this condo offers convenient slope side living for your mountain adventure.

The use of clean white and rich browns in this condo creates the warm feel of a mountain lodge. The layout is well-balanced to maximize the use of space in this unit. Put your feet up and relax as you sink into the softly textured sofa, unwinding with a movie in the evening on the flat screen TV.

The wooden beamed ceilings in this condo have been whitewashed, lightening and elevating the space. There’s also plenty of natural light that flows through the large wall of glass doors, bringing in the beauty of the mountainside. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private deck, which faces each and sees beautiful streams of light in the mornings. You’ll also enjoy sweeping views across Fanny Hill to emerald-green aspen forests.

Travel as a couple, family, or with friends in this convenient condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. The queen bed offers a comfortable place for a good night’s sleep after a day on the slopes. The sofa can also be folded out if additional sleeping quarters are needed. The bathroom in this condo offers a full bathtub, perfect for a hot soak at the end of a winter day.

Save on the budget or simply take advantage of the convenience of enjoying some meals in. This condo boasts an efficiency kitchen, complete with a two-burner stove, microwave oven, and mini refrigerator. With everything needed right on hand and all the adventures you’d desire right at your doorstep, Unit 214 offers the perfect launching point for your getaway to Snowmass. Aside from all the outdoor activities that Snowmass is so well known for, you’ll also enjoy a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, and dining options all onsite.

Timberline has no Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

Other things to note

You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
