The space

Proximity: Located in Trails End at the base of Peak 9, this condo offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Quicksilver Chairlift and is just one block from Main Street, putting downtown Breckenridge's shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Living Room: The inviting living room features ample seating, a flat-screen LCD TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day on the mountain. Direct access to a private balcony brings in breathtaking ski area views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features upscale finishes and appliances, including a regular drip coffee maker. It is ideal for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.

Sleeping Arrangements: 1 Bed, 1 Bath —

• Bedroom: Queen bed, ample storage, brand-new TV, and access to a private balcony with additional mountain views.
• Living Room: Sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests total.

Outdoor Space: Step out to the private balcony, with one entrance off the living room and another off the bedroom, a quiet spot to take in the mountain air.

Amenities: Guests have access to the onsite, newly renovated hot tubs, just steps from the condo. The building's foyer was completely remodeled and features a welcoming fireplace. Additional pool and hot tub access is available across the street at the Upper Village Pool.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive.

Other things to note

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, including extras for the hot tub.

The Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs are open most of the year and give you access to a lovely heated pool, hot tubs, and a lounge area. They are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from opening day of Ski Area to closing day of Ski Area. Access is provided via key card access, and they are located a short walk away, in the quad area out the back of the building. It’s labeled “Upper Village Pools” on Maps.
