The space

Each bedroom has a TV, a closet, beds, towels, and an en-suite bathroom. The house offers private covered parking for two cars, a spacious patio with a swimming pool, grills, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor refrigerator, and several outdoor patio seats for the entire group. There is also an outdoor bar with bar stools for your convenience. The patio features umbrellas, a large pergola, and pool loungers. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryers. The bedrooms are equipped with bathrobes, bed linens, and bedspreads. The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are irons and clothes racks, as well as hair dryers. The kitchen has everything you need for a home: pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery, a blender, a microwave, a stove, air conditioning, heating, hot and cold water, a double-door refrigerator with ice, and furniture throughout the living room. There is a large table in the dining room, and there is no need to climb stairs. Vehicles can easily drive right up to the property, so there is no need to walk to enter the house. There are pool alarms for the safety of the youngest members (children) of the group. The pergola is covered and has a ceiling fan. There is a game room with a TV and entertainment options. The house is spacious, and I assure you that it is secure; there are surveillance cameras outside the house to prevent theft or any mishaps. However, the neighborhood is very quiet, and there is no danger. It is a perfect property for spending time with the family and enjoying yourselves.

Guest access

You can use the entire property and enjoy the whole space. Feel at home and relax. You came to feel good, and you can make use of the entire house. It is very important for us that our guests feel at home.

Other things to note

Large parties are not allowed on the property. If you intend to hold a party event with a large number of guests, this is not the right property for such events, as they cause damage and deterioration to the house. Smoking is allowed only in the patio area or outside the house; smoking will not be allowed inside the property. Please send the names of all the guests listed on the reservation, exactly as they appear on their IDs (for security purposes only; your IDs will be kept safe and will never be displayed or used for any other purpose.
