The cottage is sitting on 30 acres of prime woodlands located in the Point Washington / Choctawhatchee Bay area of Santa Rosa Beach, and just four miles north of world famous Scenic Highway 30A and beach town of Seaside, Walton Woods offers guests a quiet, peaceful place to stay surrounded by state forests, and only minutes from the beach, shopping, and entertainment. You will be able to enjoy and explore the world’s most beautiful beaches. Panama City and Destin are all within 20 minutes drive or less in either direction. Boat ramp only a few miles away NO WIFI
