This is a separate guest back house connected to the main house garage which sits at far end of property next to alley.

Laundry washing machine & dryer is in garage next door and shared by host family

We live in the main house on same property but very limited if any interaction with guests. We prefer guests and hosts to respect privacy.
Only common area is shared washer and dryer in garage next to guest house.

Perry Heights is a historic landmark neighborhood in the heart of Dallas. Across the street from Highland Park, you can walk to Whole Foods, Kroger, award-winning Italian restaurant Nona, Cedar Springs nightlife, and to a park with public tennis courts and field to run.

The property is conveniently located one street away from Cedar Springs, a few blocks away from Lemon and close to the Design District, World Trade Center, Dallas Love Field Airport, Dallas North Tollway, I-75 and I-35 as well as minutes away from the West Village, Highland Park Village and Downtown.

Although beautiful and next to you there is NO access or use of the property’s pool or back yard or patio areas.
