The space

1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This ground-floor unit is all on one level. The open floor plan features a living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The dining area seats 4, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. A separate sleeping alcove near the entry includes a set of twin bunk beds. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area.

This unit’s entrance and sidewalk face Meridian Blvd. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Sunshine Village lot near the office. Street parking in front of the unit is only permitted while actively loading or unloading.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

Sunshine Village Mammoth Lakes, complex built in 1972/73 is just minutes away from skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, golfing, and the best fishing in the Eastern Sierra. Dont forget to bring your golf clubs if youre visiting us in the summer, because we are right next door to the Sierra Star Mammoth Lakes Golf course. This convenient Mammoth location puts you in the heart of town walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also on the winter Shuttle Stop to Eagle or Canyon Lodge. The complex amenities at Sunshine Village include a sauna, Jacuzzi and recreation room in the winter. In summer, add a swimming pool, lighted tennis court, propane barbecues and picnic tables set throughout the complex. In our recreation room are a billiard table, a ping-pong table and a video game for your enjoyment. For your convenience there is also a coin operated laundry facility on site. After a great day of fishing or skiing/snowboarding, simply store your gear in the ski locker, located right outside the front door of your condo. Outdoor parking (with 2 parking spaces max) in front of your unit adds to the convenience for this Mammoth Lakes Condominium Complex.

Your cleaning fee also covers the Town of Mammoth Lakes Occupancy tax that we need to pay the town for your reservation. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
