This top-floor condominium in the main Lodge building. There is a king bed in the loft and sofa bed in the living room. Gas fireplace and a full kitchen. Private balcony with seating. The Edge restaurant is one floor down. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer from this cozy condo!

You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
